ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY
Most of our product is made to order by our Website . Because of the handmade & nature of our process, items purchased may take 1-2 weeks to produce. Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. CY ARTISAN do not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address. Orders more than 300 € should be sent via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note orders can be cancelled at any time due to insufficient materials, supplies or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your order has already been charged and we cancel your order, CY ARTISAN will reissue the credit to your account in the amount of the purchase. CY ARTISAN ships to all countries world-wide via Correos Spain priority with tracking numbers provided at time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. CY ARTISAN is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient'scountry and any carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shippingcarrier at the time of deliver. Shipping rates are calculated based on order amount.

CY ARTISAN will gladly except returns for an exchange or store credit of equal value. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. CY ARTISAN will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to CY ARTISAN If all conditions are met, the customer’s account will be credited. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. All returns must be approved beforehand. Please contact us to request a return authorization via email at email@example.com Customer assumes the return shipping to CY ARTISAN, unless the item is found to be defective.
